Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer (cut in cubes)
- 2 big tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:
Step 1 – Prepare the Gravy
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and cook till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Now add tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.

Step 2 – Add Spices
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 – Add Paneer
- Add paneer cubes in the gravy.
- Mix gently so that paneer doesn’t break.

Step 4 – Add Cream
- Add fresh cream to give it a rich taste.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.

Final Step – Serve
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
